Refugee Rhythms No. 4, featuring: King Lagoon's Flying Swordfish Band - a multi-sensory, tropical-psychedelic extravaganza, a unique experience blending live aroma-making, costumes and projections with Afro-Latin sounds. Mango Rescue Team - world music and the avant-garde, from British psychedelic rock to Latin-American and African music, a parrot costume and inflatable palm trees.Lazuli, the Blue Queen of the Sheffield Music Scene will open the psychedelic madness with her unique voice. Part of Sharrow Festival Fringe of activities and exhibitions in and around Sharrow leading up to Sharrow Festival on 13th June (details below). Cakes for sale by Student Action for Refugees, raising funds for the fabulous and essential Conversation Club run by ASSIST charity (supporting homeless asylum seekers).
