Fri 17 or Sat 18 July 2019, 10am, Union St, 18-20 Union Street S1 2JP

A one-day 6-hour session on the disturbing concept of evil. Does it exist as a result of the way we organise our civilization? Have we created conditions where good people do bad things? Explore "Administrative Evil" in modern corporations and public services, identifying the hidden structure behind these dynamics and the challenge of tackling these damaging issues that cause harm, and even death.

Session run by Nigel Slack, a Sheffield citizen activist. Bring materials for note taking if you can, but no pre-reading or pre-course work is required. No skills or experience needed, this course is for beginners. It runs on both days from 10am. Run by the WEA (Workers Educational Association), booking below.
