The Millennium Gallery in central Sheffield is showing "Art Against War: Peter Kennard and the CND Movement". Peter Kennard made powerful photo-montages for the peace movement in Britain through the 1970s and 80s. The exhibition is worth seeing, both as a look back and as an inspiration in the struggle for a better world in the future.
Opens Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 11am-4pm, Bank Holidays 11am-4pm. Free entry (donations welcome).
